Find support for building your new app on Simitless. Because nothing that is worth something is ever really that easy. It’s good to be able to rely on help when your need it.

Support is provided in multiple ways:

Help is provided as a best effort, in order of priority:

1. Customers with a specific support contract
2. Customers subscribed to a paying subscription, by order of longer subscriptions first (yearly - monthly)
3. Free users

Self creation

The platform’s aim is to let you build your own app. Technically, the apps are very fast to build with Simitless. Ease-of-use and structured thinking have been built-in the platform as much as possible. However, this means you also need to define what you need on your own, and this is often the most difficult part.

Simitless is a self-service no-code application development platform.

To start, if you’re unsure of what you need, we often recommend to use an app model. As a second option, start simple, pick a main data type, add to it little by little. Finally, you can use our step-by-step guide to defining your needs and creating an application that matches exactly what you need to work more efficiently.

Consultants network

We are working on building a consultant network. This is a network of independent consultants that can focus on the problems you have. They can listen to your need and fine-tune a custom solution on the Simitless platform.

Training and Setup

Typically, for any software, for any change in practice, if you want to avoid improvisation, approximation and general amateurism, you need to include some thoughts in the user training. This is an unavoidable part of setting a new system.

We strongly advise you that if you cannot setup your app yourself, if you cannot train every users yourself, hire a professional. With Simitless, prices for the app creation, in addition to any training, is still less expensive than a custom development would typically cost.

Custom features

You are unlikely to needed custom features.

However, we want to listen to our users. Nobody is infallible. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a custom quote fitting your exact needs. We are happy to add any feature to the platform as long as they can benefit to a few app/user. To remain relevant with most users, we really try to avoid over-customizing the platform.
